Located on both sides of Interstate 25, is a major new mixed-use development that will include apartments, retail shopping, office space, an Olympic-sized swimming pool complex, ice rinks and hotels in addition to the Galaxy IMAX movie theatre. The Brands at the Ranch and The Brands West will be built on 60 acres within Loveland city limits north of Crossroads Boulevard east of I25 and on 140 acres west of I-25 across from The Ranch arena and event center. The developer is Martin Lind’s Water Valley Land Co.
The Brands at the Ranch will consist of two components separated by Interstate 25: The lifestyle-oriented Brands at the Ranch, and the power center, Brands at the Ranch West. The two projects will be developed concurrently bringing 2.6 million square feet of commercial space to Northern Colorado.
The Brands at the Ranch will be a pedestrian-friendly, outdoor experience, fully integrated with multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and entertainment that incorporates sculptures and fountains into the overall experience. Brands West provides the opportunity for growth on the western side of I-25, fully incorporated into the Brands at the Ranch, but incorporating a new class of tenant along with light manufacturing.
